Text and data mining reservation

In accordance with Article 4(3) of Directive (EU) 2019/790 and Article 67(3) of Spanish Royal Decree-Law 24/2021, I expressly reserve the use, for text and data mining, of:

• all content on thecrazy100.com (texts, images, design, and downloadable materials);
• the book Щоденник самозванця. Ті скажені 100 днів на Upwork and its editions in other languages, Diary of an Impostor. The Crazy 100 Days on Upwork and Diario de un impostor. Los 100 días de locura en Upwork, in any format.

This reservation covers collecting, analyzing, and reproducing this content to train, fine-tune, or feed artificial intelligence systems. Any such use requires my prior written permission.

The reservation is also expressed in machine-readable form, following the W3C TDMRep protocol: in the file /.well-known/tdmrep.json and in the metadata of every page.

It does not affect what the law allows without permission, such as short quotations with attribution or text and data mining for scientific research by research organizations and cultural heritage institutions (Article 3 of the Directive).
